I was a regular customer there since past 3 years...but sadly today was my last day there because of very bad experience I had today. We ordered soup (pelmeni) and when I just started eating a lady came to us (looked like she is closely connected with the lady working there)she had braces and was tall she was like we can't use the chilli oil(condiment) for the soup...she said the soup itself has it's own flavor there's no need of that oil. She insisted us to not use that oil because it was "expensive" she repeatedly said that on our face. I really can't understand how can someone who has little shame can come and talk in between when customers are eating the food which they're paying for and tell that it's expensive and not to have it! So shameful and zero manners! I never saw this lady there in past 3 years maybe she's the owner...the others working there are good and the food is also good....but whats the point of serving food and talking like this? If it was that expensive why would they keep as condiment? Maybe they have to learn the meaning of condiment. I regret that I introduced this place to many of my friends. She spoke without any respect then at the end she tried to be nice by saying sorry ...but then what's the point of speaking bad then saying sorry makes no sense! I feel ashamed to even give one star Their attitude today doesn't even deserve this. It's an halal restaurant I wish if her attitude was also doing justice to that word! Even the food was good as always I'm giving one star because of the attitude...
Read moreMy friends and I were regular customers for the last 3 years. Their food is good but their attitude was very bad today when my friends went to have their food the owner came and stopped them while eating and started saying about how expensive their condiments(chilli oil) are and how we cannot use them much despite keeping it on the table for using according to the customer's wish. I don't understand how chilli oil can become expensive and not allowed to use when they have actually kept it for the customers to use. It was very arrogant of the lady to come and stop them from eating and say stuff like this. Never going to visit this place ever again and I also regret how I have brought many of my friends to this place to have their food. The taste of the food is nothing when you are served with so much disrespect...
Read moreI felt a little heartbroken that the restaurant was empty when we visited but I’m just hoping that it’s because we went at an odd hour. The food is authentic and excellent - huge portions at reasonable prices. The la mian in soup was just heartwarming on a cold day. I want to go back again and again - especially since some of the menu items were not available...
