THE WORST KHINKHALI HOUSE IN WHOLE OF GEORGIA

While placing the order I specifically asked the waitress if the Pizza was vegetarian & she said ‘yes’, so I ordered the pizza after confirmation. When the pizza arrived, it was pepperoni made with ham. So I politely told the waitress that I had ordered vegetarian pizza, I asked her to take it back & cancel it from my order because I don’t eat ham. Then she told me that she can’t understand English & she only speaks Russian. I translated it on my phone & showed it to her but she was persistent that I had ordered pepperoni pizza & it can’t be canceled. I spoke to a different waitress & also the manager but it’s unbelievable how they treat the customer, they bluntly said that there’s only one pizza on the menu & it’s pepperoni. In the menu, it was not mentioned that the pizza is made of ham, they had just written it as ‘speciality pizza’. They rudely told me that it cannot cancelled, I agree that the problem occurred because of language gap but they had no intention to resolve the issue or acknowledge their mistake.

This is a restaurant often visited by tourists but they don’t have a waiter who speaks English, even the manager doesn’t speak English, the ignorance they have towards foreign customers is unbelievable. They don’t realise the fact that they’re in the hospitality industry, they talk to customers however they want. I’m surly not going to visit this place again. Khinkhali House in Isani is far more better than this one, they have better food & more importantly they have better waiters who treat customers with some dignity. Every time I go to Tbilisi, I always try to find a free time and to visit eating. I would not say that the restaurant shines with its interior and comfort, but it is simply impossible to speak about the abundance of tasty food. By the way, let's say that they do not let them smoke inside, even if there is music at night. All smokers go out into the yard and smoke there. Общий балл больше половины поставила только за кухню и вот почему:Очень расстроилась в этот раз. Была с двумя детьми и со свекровью. Первый раз за 3 года столкнулась с таким принебрежительным отношением. Были в этом ресторане неоднократно, всё всегда было хорошо. Приветливый вежливый персонал.Очень вкусная кухня. Но сегодня было очень посредственное отношение,сначала долго никто не подходил, но ничего-мы подошли сами☺️ бывает. Официантка отмахиваясь отказалась обслуживать на русском, мы начали спрашивать про английский. Она как-то не очень адекватно реагируя, пошла позвала молодого человека. Хотя был персонал, который разговаривал на русском, ну ладно.Мы сделали заказ. Кухня как всегда отличная. Дочка в свои полтора годика очень любит хинкали именно из Хинкали хаус.И еще у вас потанцевать. Но! по обслуживанию, в этот раз ни разу не пришли убрать салфетки или поменять тарелки. Только другой официант мужчина, убрал грязную тарелку, спасибо ему. Мы так и не поняли кто у нас был официант, потому что девушка которая вроде вначале пришла и дала одно меню без напитков, все время просто ходила мимо. Хотелось заказать как обычно много, но в этот раз уйти хотелось уже в самом начале. Не ушли просто потому, что ребенок закатил бы истерику.
