McDonald's — Restaurant in Tbilisi

This McDonald’s location is consistently overcrowded and among the worst I’ve visited. The children’s area is always noisy, and the bathrooms are frequently dirty. The restaurant should consider improving sound isolation in the children’s area to reduce noise levels.

The restaurant is often packed, with limited seating and only one small bathroom for males and one for females, which is insufficient for the number of customers.

During a recent visit, my order went missing after a 20-minute wait. When I inquired about it, the employee took my receipt and began reprocessing the order. Unfortunately, a spilled Coke resulted in my jacket getting dirty.

Despite these issues, the manager stepped in and resolved the situation by providing me with a free meal. I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn’t excuse the ongoing problems with the restaurant’s operations.

Very very very bad service... As a foreigner I visited lots of McDonald's branches I told them one McFlurry Oreo for takeaway they put two and I paid for that. It's ok.. and they called after my orders still they didn't call mine finally I directly asked them that time they are giving me one McFlurry I told they I paid for two then they give me two I told they I ordered for take away they kept my order and they are keep waiting for 3-4min for give one cover to pack for them ... Very very bad experience and also I saw one packed nuggets fell down and they are irresponsibly walking through that food.... It's really really very disappointed.... McDonald's have a standard hope u will keep that standard here tooo and hope my review will help Ur growth.. I will never visit...

I would recommend avoiding this place On the 19th of October I made an order at 16:24. I waited for some time and didn't find my number on the screen. Later on I understood that for the most people they do not show order numbers and I noticed that there is one person, that takes your receipt and gives your food. So, there was just 1 person who actually was preparing orders for take-away. As a result, I waited for 30 mins in the queue to get my order. And in 10 minutes after that I started to eat and found out that the food is 100% cold. It was not because I was going home for a long time, but they served it already totally cold
