As a waiter at the café, I was witness to an unfortunate incident with our service. A group of guests ordered carbonara, Caesar salad, and a strawberry mojito from our cold drinks selection. When I brought the mojito with alcohol, one of the guests asked why it wasn't non-alcoholic. I had to explain that we needed prior notice for that, although I felt embarrassed because it seemed like a misunderstanding that shouldn't have happened. In the end, the guests were understandably upset, and I felt sorry that their dining experience was marred by these oversights. Went there first time. Place looks good and staff is very welcoming except manager Tamuna. Place was totally empty and before i even sit on the table she start shouting to staff in front of me to come and serve me. Not the best behavior in front of customer. She was rude to everybody during my 1 hour sitting there what makes me feel very uncomfortable. I don't think that I'm going to visit that brunch ever again. Please make some trainings for managers how to treat their staff and how to behave in front of...

The food was awesome, everything was well made and delicious, the service was as good, the manager (shorena) is very attentive and kindhearted, im very thankful for her service today, she and her employees left a very good impression in general , the atmosphere was also awesome, its pretty unfortunate that this place is not where I live, because I would come here more often....
