I ordered a pizza that arrived completely cold, with no presentation and barely any toppings. A truly disappointing experience.
After contacting Wolt support, the restaurant manager called me back, without questioning the issue for even a second. According to her, everything was “perfect.” Apparently, serving a cold pizza is now part of the house concept. Too bad she didn’t taste it herself; she would have quickly realized it was anything but fine.
The crust was thin, Italian-style, which could have been pleasant… if it hadn’t been covered with the absolute minimum of toppings: a few tiny pieces of artichoke, a couple of tomato bits, three lonely olives, and, to make it look generous, a mountain of arugula on top to hide the emptiness underneath.
When you offer delivery, the first rule is simple: make sure the food arrives hot. Here, the “hot chain” clearly broke somewhere along the way.

I would pay more if I didn't have to breath in a pack or two of cigarette smoke from other customers. Only 2 huge negatives. They need better ventilation or actually enforce the law and stop the smoking inside. Really is horrible to suck up smoke from the 99% of Georgia population that smokes. Is there anyone that is Georgian that doesn't smoke? I should be a cancer physician here, I would be rich. The service is the worse. Lots of waiters and waitresses everywhere, but they just stand around and do nothing. You have to yell to get anyone to help you. A good manager for the place to solve these...

I tried a variety of salads and the tastiest by far was some sort of mixture of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, lettuce, vinegar, a very moderate amount of salt (which is really important because I wish their salads and grilled veggies were less salty). The steak (Gabicci) was really good! Now I'm not saying I'm an expert in judging steaks but it was delicious and hit the spot (and was not too salty).
