After 2 hours of tremendous hiking with my anoying mother. We found this restaurant the location is pretty if U consider that the Ahr( River) destroyed a lot of land

We have a good view next to the river and good view on the wine fields. The position of the table was really thoughtful u have enough space between tables so u have privacy.
parking It was really easy to find a spot and we didn't have to pay.

The service was pretty good the waiter was friendly and mindful. We got our food after a short time.

As u can see in the picture I ordered a pizza. They used authentic ingredients which makes the food more flavourful. U always get bread which is really tasty. The menu had enough options for vegetarians and vegans but not the biggest menu.

Brilliant! One can have a very classical dinner (schnitzel or rib eye steak). It was a decently cooked food. The food is not the highlight of the place. The sparkling wine was really nice. And the waitress was extremely nice and helpful. BUT the view of the vineyards was one of the nicest images I HAVE ever seen. I was just drawn into looking at the them in the gloomy light of the afternoon from a grey rainy sky. It is something one has to experience! I will go there again and I will take my friends...

Wir besuchten das Dagernova Culinarium & Weinstube in Dernau (Ahrweg 7) und waren leider von unserem Besuch enttäuscht. Das stilvolle Ambiente – mit offenem Panoramablick auf die Ahr und die Weinberge, der edlen Lounge und dem großzügigen Saal – wirkt einladend und hochwertig Auch der Fokus auf regional-saisonale Zutaten ist prinzipiell sehr positiv.
Doch in der Praxis überzeugten weder der Service noch die Küche: • Service: Zwar bemüht, aber insgesamt eher mittelmäßig: Wir haben uns mehrere Male nach fehlendem Nachschub erkundigt, mit zum Teil halbherzigen Antworten und deutlich verspäteten Bestellungen. Insgesamt wirkte der Service nicht besonders aufmerksam oder engagiert. • Essen: Drei der bestellten Gerichte konnten nicht überzeugen: • Lachs (Fischgericht): Wirkte trocken, fehlte Frische und Aroma. • Schnitzel (Wiener Schnitzel + normales Schnitzel): Die Panade war teils matschig und fette Zonen störten den Genuss. • Schweinefilet: Geschmacklich eher fad, steifer Biss – Würze und Saftigkeit fehlten.
Insgesamt war es enttäuschend: Trotz guter Idee hinter Ambiente und Konzept – regionale Küche mit Weinempfehlung – scheitert das Dagernova in unserem Fall an der handwerklichen Umsetzung. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit beim Service erwartet.
