McDonald's — Restaurant in Altenkirchen-Flammersfeld

We decided to try the "Der M" after the Burger King over the way said they couldn't serve us due to a power outage. We thought we were lucky to avoid a rush of people coming in after we made our takeaway order, the crowd was probably due to the Burger King being unable to serve them. We then stood and waited, saw our bag being prepared, coffees poured. We're good to go, but no, the second server comes over and hands our burgers out to a pair of guys just come in. Okay. So that's okay. We get fresh burgers but our fries and coffees are getting cold. Not to worry another customer orders large fries and again the second server dips into our bag and takes our fries. The first comes back to our bag and shouts for more fries and another "Der M" to be prepared, at this point we had waited 20 minutes and had 10 minutes left before our appointment. So we try to eat quickly but the lettuce is cut so small it refuses to stay on the burger, there is far too much of whatever the orange sauce is supposed to be and way too much mustard but just in one spot. Needless to say we ended up with indigestion, angry at the waiting and pretty miserable after the poor excuse for a "speciality burger" If you know anything about McDonalds though, you should know this is pretty standard. They prey on young families with their offer of "free" toys and over priced bad food. Also they had music on very loud for most of our wait, thankfully it was turned...

We came in at the gas station around 11.50 put gas in the car and seeing some peoples inside the McDonald's. So 00.03 We put our order in. The attitude of the workers there clearly visible, shoulders slacking, speedy movements cleaning, doing things. Clearly all faces set to, we want to go home. As the same somewhat shouted announcement: please leave through the doors to the outside tables. Wich we did... and then really ordered to YOU CAN NOT EAT on the terras. Halfway through our scrumptious burgers... us being annoyingly moved... Please remember,, even at the and of the day and by your decision of serving us inside. Internet says open till 01:00, and missing information we couldn't eat on a terrace table...Be friendly, we are travellers, you provide a service until the key is pulled out off the door. Wenn meine Familie und ich nicht so einen Hunger gehabt hätten, dann wäre dieser MC der letzte den wir besuchen würden. Wir gaben unsere Bestellung an den Bestellbildschirmen an. Dazu schon mal anzumerken das sie nicht mit dem was vorhanden war oder nicht vorhanden war Synkronisiert waren geschweige denn das man überhaupt an allem das selbe bestellen konnte. Dann kommen wir zu den Sitzplätzen. Die waren unter aller SAU. Wirklich sowas hab ich noch nicht gesehen. Überall in der Kinderecke waren Essensresste am liegen . Auf den Tischen hat es geklebt und das so schlimm das man Angst haben musste dort kleben zu bleiben Als wir unser Essen bekamen wurde erst auf Nachfrage der Tisch sauber gemacht obwohl ein Mensch mit einer Sehstörung das hätte sehen können Am den Wänden und Fenstern sah es aus als hätte da jemand seinen Hintern abgewischt. Und nun kommen wir zu den Toiletten. Mein Kind musste so dringend auf das Damenklo und musste schon würgen als sie rein kam weil der Boden schon so aussah als hätte jemand sein großes Geschäft erledigt. Da sie aber so dringend musste ist sie trotzdem in die Kabine gegangen und musste die Klobrille vor lauter Ekel mit Klopapier eindecken damit sie sich überhaupt setzen konnte.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Gesundheitsamt da echt mal was gegen tun. Eigentlich hätte dieser Laden keinen Stern verdient aber leider muss ich einen hinterlassen weil man sonst keine Bewerbung abgeben kann Wirklich widerlich. HAB SOWAS NOCH...
