Me and my husband went there with our one year old. We were on a holiday in großgmain and it was the nearest restaurent to us which was open at that time. The waitress who gave us the menu was so rude when we said we don't speak German. When we asked if she speaks english she replied “NO” and literally thrown the menu on the table and left. We were shocked by her behaviour and decided to take the food away and eat in the hotel we were staying in. I don't know why the waitress behaved like that, most probebly because we are not white (we are brown). Maybe brown people are not welcome in the restaurent. I hope our baby grows up in a better world where she wouldn't be treated differently because of her skin colour. The other gentleman on the counter was nice and served us with a smile....
Read moreWe are an all vegetarian family who visited a little late for dinner because of our schedule, however they helped setup a table for 6 easily (reservations recommended in advance). Menu is in german so keeping a translate app comes handy, if not then restaurant staff is very helpful in explaining the menu. Quattro formaggi pizza (fresh cheese), gnocchi arabiatta, bruschetta & tomato soup (must try) all are amazing & exceeded expectations. Authentic Italian restaurant, with large portions of food & amazing quality with service. Splendid view of mountain range from outside.
