The cafeteria’s attention is really bad! We went a few days ago with my family to have a snack, and when the man heard us speaking in Spanish, he already looked very bad. Then he started complaining softly, while we were ordering, which I already started to dislike. And, last, of the four pieces of cake I asked for, three were different. The first ones I let it go, but the last one I asked him to please give me the one I had indicated. To my surprise, he was super disrespectful, told me that it was my fault because I talked a lot and distracted him. First of all, I talked to my family to see what they wanted to order, and then that’s not a way to treat people. I told him that if he had a bad day it was not my fault, and that his attention left much to be desired. He did not apologize. It made me feel bad, clearly I would not return I do not...

The shrimps and Backfish menu were fine, the fish in Fish and Chips is very dry and hard. But the annoying part is that there is only one employee working in all food areas: Nordsee, Coffee Fellows, etc. So, he rushed us through the order and apparently did not memorise it at all. After asking twice, which size of Shrimps box we want (we said small), he brought and charged us for the big box. Instead of Backfisch menu, he brought us a separate piece of backfisch and charged us more for it + additional charge for a drink which was already included in the originally ordered menu. Das Restaurant Hochfelln Süd überzeugt vor allem durch seine traumhafte Lage. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Berge und weitläufige Wiesen, der zu jeder Jahreszeit ein echtes Highlight ist. Besonders an sonnigen Tagen lädt die Aussicht zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein.

Auch die Ausstattung des Restaurants ist ansprechend: Eine geschmackvolle, gepflegte Einrichtung sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Service. Während die Speisen von guter Qualität sind und ansprechend präsentiert werden, fehlt es den Mitarbeitern an Freundlichkeit. Der Empfang wirkt eher nüchtern, und während des Aufenthalts bleibt der Umgangston distanziert. Hier wäre mehr Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit wünschenswert, um das Wohlfühl-Erlebnis abzurunden.
