kaffeemike — Restaurant in Berlin

Well, I ordered couple of different coffees and chocolate syrup. After two and a half week the packet departed and it took like four weeks to finally get it. Website showed that every item was in stock.

And then, the receit showed that I paid for three packs of coffee and ONLY two of them arrived. Moreover the chocolate syrup was expired over two years ago. And final note, the coffees that arrived was roasted like year ago.

Naturally I sent them back email and asked if they were willing to send missing coffee and new chocolate syrup. But I never heard from them anymore.

This kaffeemike doesn't even deserve this star but it's the lowest that can be given. Just...

Update 14.1.21 Aufgrund meiner realen und leider negativen Erfahrung habe ich eine gefakte negative Rückbewertung erhalten. Der Leser macht sich am besten selbst über den Wahrheitsgehalt sein Bild. Interessant das nach mir ein anderer Pavoni Käufer nun beim Kaffeeladen nun noch viel mehr Pech hatte. Er hat sein Geld nicht wiederbekommen. Einfach schauen unter Bewertungen von “kredite fuer beamte” 👍

Unsere Firma hatte einen neue Pavoni Grundplatte bestellt. War als sofort Lieferbar angezeigt. Sofort bezahlt, dann kam keine Mitteilung mehr. Nach 6 Tage ohne jegliche Mailnachricht und nie telefonisch erreichbar heute Anruf wo die Ware bleibt, wurde einfach per Mail mitgeteilt, dass das Geld retour überwiesen wird. Ohne Grund!!!- Nun auf der Seite Ware wohl weg. Der Inhaber kam mir mehr als seltsam am Telefon und will mir nichts mehr verkaufen. Besser woanders bestellen!!! Weniger als Null Sterne...

Customer service was bad and they don't respond to emails. So in complaints and warranty cases there will be problems if buy stuff from the web shop. I don't recommend. Negative comments of other customers came true also on my situation.
