I would never thought that i would write such review about this place but the service got to the lowest possible when the waiter tries to trick you with the check. We ‘ve been coming here for years and i guess they changed the stuff because we’ve never seen this middle east looking short man. We wanted to try buffet and ordered tap water with the small juice. The guy tried to flirt but we are both married and gave him harsh stop. He brought us mineral water and big juice instead. We asked him to change it. Then we had a bee in the juice and we asked for the new one. I was so shocked when he just gave me the same glass by simply taking out the bee. On top he said the word Shaize very loud. He brought a check where he charged us for the tap water 4 euro which is free everywhere. He also put the prices of the big glass of juice to the bill. We started complaining and he AGGRESSIVELY shouted saying he is a manager here and we are not allowed to come. Then another waitress came for help and he rudely took out the takeaway box from her hands. She was apologising but this guy would threaten all the women in public with his actions. I think the whole stuff is scared of his aggressive and rude actions. I feel very sorry for the owner that people like him ruining others business. Because the whole crowd was watching this crazy...

Zu aller erst wirklich eine tolle Location, die man des Ambiente wegens gerne wieder besuchen würde. Aber es gab bei unserem Besuch an einem Sonntag einige Kritikpunkte, die uns sehr enttäuscht haben. Service: gleich zu Beginn wurde uns bei der Platzzuweisung gesagt, dass es bis 15:00 Uhr nur Brunch gibt und wir nicht von der Karte bestellen können. Ok, kein Problem. Der Service am Tisch war dann leider nur mittelmäßig. Nach dem ersten Getränk wurde leider nicht mehr nachgefragt, ob man noch was haben möchte. Auch der Versuch auf sich aufmerksam zu machen, wurde weitestgehend ignoriert. Essen: wir kamen um 12:30 Uhr an und das Buffet war zu 90% bereits leer. Wir füllten dann unsere Teller mit den Resten der warmen Speisen, um überhaupt noch was zu bekommen. An sich das Essen nicht schlecht, aber jetzt nicht erinnerungswürdig und sehr begrenzt in der Auswahl. Was aber wirklich sehr enttäuschend war, das Buffet blieb auch während unseres Besuches leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Was ich jetzt nicht in die Bewertung einfließen lasse, ist dass die Aufstriche, Butter etc bereits komplett flüssig waren - aufgrund der Hitze teilweise verständlich, aber da gibt's halt auch Möglichkeiten um das zu vermeiden. Preis: der Brunch kostet 27,50€ pro Person. Und dafür bekommt man 12:30 Uhr ein fast leeres Buffet. Absolut unangemessen! Auch auf unsere Nachfrage hin, ob denn die warmen Speisen nochmal aufgefüllt werden, brauchte es zwei Anläufe bevor jemand vom Personal in der Küche nachgefragt hat. Angeblich wäre dann laut Aussage der Küche auch nochmal was gekommen - wir waren noch weitere 30 min da (insgesamt bis 14:00 Uhr), bis dahin kam nichts außer noch 2 Nachspeisen. Ganz ehrlich, für den Preis erwarte ich, dass es auch zumindest bis 14:00 Uhr ein wenig mehr Auswahl am Buffet gibt als es war. Oder zumindest dass man als Gast dann von der Karte bestellen darf. Fazit: wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen, auch wenn die Location...
