This restaurant has a racist team. (I'm reposting my review because it seems that the restaurant owners have deleted my previous review).
it's a pretty big disappointment, given the food, which is devoid of soul and love.
My story: living in Lichtenberg, I was quite curious to try this restaurant's cuisine.
So to test it out I placed an order on the toogoodtogo app and went to the restaurant to collect my order.
The staff made me wait for a while and ignored me until they asked me (without a single hello or glance) if I worked for uber eat.
I smiled while hiding the fact that I was extremely uncomfortable, not that this question may seem innocent at first, but without saying hello, or making me feel welcome, I clearly didn't get the same treatment as the white couple before me. That day I was dressed in an African boubou (i'm African to), but in the worker's mind I was undoubtedly one of those immigrant workers who didn't deserve to be shown any respect and above all they judged me by my difference.

Contrary to popular belief, wearing gloves does not make it more hygienic, but the exact opposite. You should be washing your hands everytime you touch other than food items, especially computer screens or card machines. I really hope you do not handle cash with the same gloves too…
Food is a hit and miss - the meats and sauces are usually tasty, the rice mostly dried out, beans completely unseasoned, close to no vegetables. The tortilla raps are not toasted at all, so bowls are generally a better idea.
Having said that, it is still the best food in the neighbourhood with pretty much zero other choices, not counting low quality fast...

Once it was my turn I wasn't greeted at all and no doubt due to my appearance (I'm of African origin and I was wearing a t-shirt in that style) the sales assistant immediately asked me if I worked for uber eat. I didn't know how to take it and smiled politely and took my order. I wouldn't be at all objective if I said I didn't like the food, I'd say it was pretty average and unspicy... But not being treated normally because of my physical appearance I find unacceptable. It was probably the end of the day and the vendors were tired but for me it was certainly a bad experience the few minutes I spent waiting to take my order. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are different from their customers... Personally, I wouldn't go...
