ADA Döner - Das Original seit 1991 — Restaurant in Biedenkopf

Wow... Great food, friendly people. I came into the shop and the smell was wonderful! I have never had Döner kebab before but locals told me I should try this place. A word of warning, however. Do not assume that your portion size will be smaller at this place. People do not leave here hungry. It is impossible. I thought, ok, mega size is probably American regular size, right??? WRONG. These gents proceed to open up a truly enormous slab of fresh bread, and add meat. And meat. And more meat. Followed by braised onions with sumac, tsatsiki purple cabbage salad, lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers, another cucumber salad, olives, and fried crunchy onions. It was this incredible Colossus on a bun. I was slightly intimidated by both it's size and obvious deliciousness. We have a saying in California. Never eat anything bigger than your head. I was about to violate that rule by carrying it out the door. I took it home and carefully cut it in half. I considered photographing it first to document the event, but I'm not one of those people who Instagrams what they eat. I ate half of it over a two hour period. It was GLORIOUS. Note to self- order normal size next time to avoid needless waste. I will be back again to try a different, ahem, smaller creation. Love from the purple...

Bester Dönerladen weit und breit 🥰 Komme hier schon seit meiner Jugend hier hin.

Für mich gibt es nur wenig vergleichbare Döner. Hier merkt man, dass die Zutaten mit liebe gemacht werden und nicht einfach nur aus dem "Eimer" sind.

Das Angebot an Speisen wurde mit den Jahren immer erweitert und mittlerweile gibt es auch vegetarische/vegane Optionen. Ein absoluter Obertraum wäre noch ein Seitan Döner.

Ich komme hier immer wieder gerne hin wenn ich in der Umgebung bin.

Eine Zweigstelle am Bodensee wäre...

Uns überzeugt, dass ADA in den vielen Jahren seiner Linie treu geblieben ist. Ausschließlich Döner und Lahmacun mit den üblichen Beilagen, alles in guter, frischer, schmackhafter Qualität. Andere Imbisse bieten neben Döner noch Pizza, Pasta und Schnitzel an. ADA hat dies nicht nötig, er weiß, dass er gut ist und das zeigt er in bescheidener Weise.
