McDonald's — Restaurant in Brück

I always come to this McDonald's to buy emergency food. The taste of the food is very depending on the person who makes it for you at that time. Exactly 20.01.24 at 22.00 uhr I got very terrible burgers, they put a lot of onion and very few sauces on our 2 burgers(I guess the manager was not there so the staff can just do whatever they want). I felt so disappointed because this place is our favorite place to stop by. And then other day, I got a very delicious burger with a very good service, the manager was even there and very friendly to us. They should really check the quality check on the people who work there. When you eat there, make sure you eat with some people who know social manners. I once ate there with a family who had terrible kids, there were running around, yelled around and disturbed all customers. But so far the service is good, they even delivered the food to my table. They clean the table very often everytime customer leave the table. The cleanliness is 100. But I encountered once, the place smelled very stink from customers' sweat. But so far, this place is okay and very depending on the person...

Don't bother coming here. Me and my partner have come here maybe 3 times, when we've been desperately hungry on a commute and each time utterly disappointed. We will surely remember not to come here again! I'm no McDonalds coneseur, but I've had McDonalds elsewhere and enjoyed the food, yet here we are always disappointed by the quality. Clearly the staff really don't give a damn. The burgers are always all over the place, untidy with barely any sauce and then a suprise mess of sauce outside the burger in the wrap... The burgers are always drier than usual, as if they've been left aside too long. And to top it all off, after paying for a below par (even by McDonalds standards) €9 burger meal, they make you pay to use their toilets. Cheers McDonalds Linthe! You won't be seeing us again! The photos are a comparison of what they advertised and what I ACTUALLY got... A damp minced cardboard burger in a fluffy...

Seriously, what is going on at this place?

The people working here were honestly super friendly and quick with the order, which was a nice surprise for a highway stop. But man, the dining area was a total disaster.

The whole place was just gross. There were little bits of food and trash all over the floor and tables, and it was hard to find a clean spot. The worst part was the flies; there were a ton of them buzzing around, both fruit flies and those big ones. I even saw a big ol' spiderweb in the corner!

And let's not even get started on the bathroom. You have to pay €0.70 to use it, and you need cash, of course. Not only that, but it smelled like old pie. So bizarre.

And to top it all off, the fries were a joke. I got a full meal and the portion was so tiny I basically left feeling hungry.

The staff is great, but the rest are of the experience was a complete mess. Get it...
