Worst restaurant EVER!!! DO NOT GO unless you want to be treated badly!!

I went to this restaurant today with my 68 year old mom. She has not been feeling well so this meal was supposed to be a treat for her and we had the buffet lunch. The food itself was average but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE!!

We got our food, sat down and then a tall angry looking Asian female waitress came over to take our drink order. I ordered a 1L bottle of coca cola and 1 large PINT (in a tall glass) of alcohol free beer for my mom. The woman came back with a small BOTTLE of beer (not what we asked for) and then started SHOUTING at my mom when she told her this wasn’t the drink she asked for.

How can you shout at an elderly woman? This is unacceptable behaviour !!!

I was so angry that I wanted to leave immediately but my mom wanted to stay to finish the meal but I lost my appetite and we left shortly after. You absolutely RUINED my special day with my mom with your nasty attitude!

I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all and will NEVER come back again!!

The waitress is VERY rude, aggressive and should NOT be working with customers.

I have seen ALOT of other reviews on this place and they don’t seem to care that their staff is rude, angry & mean as long as they can grab your money.

So on 19/12/2024 i and my family went to this restaurant. Adults are meant to pay €23,90 and children €11. When we got the bill at it was almost €200. We asked the waiter to explain why the bill was almost €200 given it was 6 adults and one kid. This man charged my 9 year old little sister as an adult when the given price is €11 for kids. A scam if u ask me because even when we got our tables he asked her age and she said 9. On top of that we’re an African family eating food that we’ll pay for. The waiter kept passing around our table and making i and my family uncomfortably. He kept staring at us and watching us like we were gonna steal something. He also had a nasty attitude. When we confronted him about charging a kid €23,90 he started shouting back. When we ask for WIFI they lie and say that they cant give u but on their bio it says has WIFI!
