Food poison. We have ate here 3 times before it was ok. This time we ordered for take away. When I arrived order wasn't ready and had to wait an extra 10 minutes. When we got home we had to throw away all the naan breads. On one side they were burnt, on other side not cooked.
We ordered 2 curries, the chicken tasted funny and clearly wasn't cooked well. We tried to eat just some of the curry but ended up having to throw everything away.
Only the pizza were good, we still got bad food poison from the currys.
Will never go here again. When I called and asked to speak to the manager I could hear them make a joke of who is thr manager, when I told him it was a complaint he kept...
Read moreThe Curry Lounge is our local go-to for picking up Indian food. The restaurant itself has a calm atmosphere, we mean to dine there instead of taking out. The food is solid, good flavor, not overly spicy. Almost to a fault, as I do prefer some spice, I think their cooks play it safe not wanting to overwhelm customers with a higher spice level.
We do wish they offered tamarind chutney to go with Samosas, which is always the way I’ve eaten them. Not having it has kept me from ordering them.
