Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Brunnthal

I do not recommend buying anything from this dive; it definitely can't be called a restaurant! Terrible service and terrible food. I ordered a banquet with 8 drumsticks and a couple of new burgers as takeout. At the start, they didn't give us one milkshake; I had to point out their mistake to the staff. Then, when I had already left and checked into my hotel, I discovered that instead of 8 drumsticks, they gave me some garbage with a terrible appearance and taste — it was hairy, as if they had dunked the chicken alive into batter and immediately deep-fried it. I feel like I was scammed out of my money because I didn't order innards, and I am disappointed. I strongly recommend against visiting this restaurant; there is no passion for the job here, just going through the motions of their working hours, and it’s clear they don't care what they feed you for your money — you’re treated like a pig here!

A separate point is that KFC overall has no customer support. What they say on social media doesn't count; they never respond there! I had a similar experience at McDonald's, but it wasn't in Germany, and everything was top-notch. Here, it’s bad at both places, but with KFC, it's critically bad compared to competitors. Don’t buy their hairy chicken — it’s an insult and a waste of money! I can't even get my money back...

Probably the worst KFC of the lot in and around Munich. Incredibly slow service - both in drive through or eat in. It always takes 10 mins to get through one order. Check your order if you’re taking drive through. They missed chicken wings in bucket to go order. This has happened twice already. This doesn’t seem unintentional. They just don’t care enough to inform you that they’ve replaced one thing with another. Pre-packed cold fried chicken and soggy fries waiting for you if you’re doing drive through Messy restaurant - eat in isn’t good either

Hope KFC opens another restaurant in south of Munich or fixes this one. Astonished to see 3 point something review rating on google, even though there are so many 1 star...

If it were not for the quality of the chicken (superior to all competing fast food restaurants), this place would deserve ZERO stars.

I had to wait 45 minutes (standing) in line before I could order my food and only 3/5 minutes to get it once I ordered.

There is no electronic order board so you can order, sit down and then pick everything up when ready.

You cannot order from the app and pay at the till (the app, in theory, allows you to do this). I tried to do this during the very long wait and once I got to the cashier, the cashier rudely told me that it was not possible and then re-ordered and, on top of that, increased some prices.

I am sorry to say this but, used to McDonald's, I felt like I had gone back 20...
