Edit 18/05/24 - Reply to Pizzawerk: Well of course we complained right away regarding the timing of the meals (starter/main course). Your Reply was like 'Oh no that's not supposed to be like that'. After that, none of your staff asked us about our opinion or if there are any complaints. Not even at the payment desk. However, this was my experience and I don't know why you're complaining about my review. It's what I experienced and 'you can check the menu online' is not really a solution I can appreciate at all. By the way, pointing out grammatical errors on another customers review is a really poor action...
Original Review:
tl;dr: Next time, I'd rather order pizza at a döner kebab place.
To be honest, I don't know where to start. It was a really mixed-up experience with a lot of procedures. Upon arrival, you have to go to the cashier's desk to pick up the menu. The cashier will ask where you're sitting, and you have to point with your finger, like 'over there'. After choosing your meal, you have to walk back to the cashier and let them know your order. We ordered a few soft drinks. Four out of five people ordered starters, and all of us ordered pizza. The person without a starter got their main meal, a pizza, delivered to the table, while everyone else got their starter. This was really inconvenient. One of the starters - a bruschetta - was lightly burnt at the edges, which wasn't tasty at all. Later (when the first person finished their pizza), everyone else received their pizzas... Well, a few words about the pizza: thick crust with not much space left for the thin toppings.. For the payment, you have to walk to the cashier again. There's only cashless payment, which is okay, but they don't accept Amex credit cards. In addition to the confusing ordering process and the poorly timed delivery of food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite noisy, making it hard to have a conversation. The service was also slow, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend...

Leider ...
