Who would have thought that there was such a diamond hidden in little Buxheim! I know all the Asian restaurants in Ingstadt by heart and unfortunately there isn't much authentic Asian food to be found anyway. I was completely surprised by the service and the quality you find here! You can conveniently order take away food in rebowls and at the same time avoid plastic waste in the long term. We ordered ramen and the fact that the soup and noodles are separated is already worth a star! You simply won't find authentic ramen in Ingolstadt, unless you settle for fusion food, where you'll find a whole sliced ​​steak in your soup. You can tell right away that a real Japanese chef is at work and you can taste it! Side dishes were also very tasty and fresh. It's a shame that I didn't discover this gem sooner, I'll be ordering more from here from now on! ➡️ But one thing you should know, if you have a larger take away order, you need to pre-order a day in advance, due to the fact that Hiro is a one men army and need time to prepare 👍🏼

Ich bin selbst Koch und Liebe essen ich schreibe normalerweise nicht oft  Bewertungen aber bei diesen Japanischen Restaurant musste ich eine Rezession schreiben da ich schon lange nicht mehr  etwas so leckeres und perfekt abgeschmecktes gegessen habe es gab keine Kritikpunkte bei allen Speisen Hochachtung vor dem Koch👏 der mit so viel liebe das Essen zubereitet hat Dankeschön!!!🤩🤤 und auch ein Dankeschön an die Bedienung die so nett & freundlich bedient hat 😁 (solche Restaurants gibt es leider nur noch wenige geheim Tipp) leider kann man keine zweite Rezension schreiben deswegen füge ich das hier noch dazu war heute seit langen endlich mal wieder hier  weil es nie geklappt hat  leider🥺 war genauso lecker und richtig gut abgeschmeckt wie beim letzten mal😍😋 habe mich so gefreut weil ich meine Familie eingeladen habe alle waren begeistert und es hat ihnen geschmeckt Dankeschön 🙏🙏🙏

Reservieren schadet nicht. Update: Nach längerer Zeit waren wir gestern mal wieder vor Ort beim Essen. Das Sushi und auch alles andere schmeckte nach wie vor super lecker! Die Preise haben etwas angezogen, aber das Essen ist es wert. Die Chefin und der Service waren wieder wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer Sushi haben möchte, sollte vielleicht besser reservieren, dann kann das Restaurant besser planen und man hat die volle Auswahl. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Edible food at premium prices. "Best quality around Ingolstadt", some say, in my view - best apple in a box of rotten apples is not necessarily a tasty apple.

Came here with my better half, made a reservation in advance, still had to wait for 20 minutes to order. The restaurant was virtually empty. We got a table in the middle of room, right in everyone's way. Ordered Ebi Miso and Vegan Ramen, dishes were delivered 10 minutes apart, so we had to eat separately. Miso was supposed to be spicy according to the menu - it wasn't. Ramen was not supposed to be spicy according to menu - it was. The noodles were soggy and mushy, cabbage made up 90% of the "vegetables" in the Ramen.

Overpriced, underwhelming both in service and quality. Not going to be...

This Japanese restaurant on a wintery evening is time travel taking you back to Japan in the mid-70s. Situated in the middle of nowhere about 10km away from Ingolstadt, I wouldn't have found this gem of a place in Buxheim if not for my chance stay at a hotel, close by.
