McDonald's — Restaurant in Cottbus - Chóśebuz

I always thought this McD is okay and visited regularly, but the last visit was just awful all around. Firstly, the app barely works and their system failed as well, so nobody, including myself, could claim their bonuses (which basically means 2x prices for regulars). Secondly, the store was overcrowded and super hot (it was well above 30 degrees inside) so waiting for 15(!) minutes for a simple 2-position order there wasn't nice at all. Finally, good luck coming without a car and not getting run over by some peasant in a tuned Skoda or VW, parking lot and drive-through exit are dangerous to walk through. I left a complaint about all the using the link on my receipt, but received nothing. They could at least give me some bonus points and a brief answer. For now I'm done. Upd. At least they answer to complaints after a while and two attempts. It's a franchise, so they can't do anything meaningful after (or don't want it so much) but at least they pretend they care. Better...

💯When they had spicy chicken nuggets I used to eat from this McDonald's continuously. I've never received any fried items soggy or unseasoned from them.

🕑The only issues I face are from the delivery people, they'll sometimes take about 45 mins to 1 hour to deliver even to very near places. May be due to the crowd.

🚑Also the exit for drive through, and entry for normal walk in are the same, so the chances of getting hit by somebody are very high. I had a similar incident when I was cycling inside and a guy with his show piece car almost hit me, since ppl exiting from parking will not be able to see the other side of the turing

Nach der Umbaumaßnahme im Herbst richtig schick geworden. Digitalisierung hat endlich Einzug gehalten, nur noch große Displays für Angebote, Easy-Order-Terminals oder auch riesiger Touch-Screen mit Spielmöglichkeiten im Tisch der Kinderecke. Ansonsten sehr sauber, man sieht immer wieder jemanden mit einen Wischlappen um die Tische laufen oder die Rückgabe-Regale ausleeren, das habe ich bei anderen McDonalds-Restaurants auch schon ganz anders erlebt. Essen ist immer frisch, auf Sonderwünsche z.B. im Burger-Belag wird ohne Diskussionen eingegangen, Bestellungen sind sehr schnell fertig. Auch für den Junior gibt es immer eine kleine Gummibärchen-Tüte, aber niemals ohne vorher ein zustimmendes Nicken vom Elternteil abzuholen - Extrapunkt :) Nur die Parkplätze werden manchmal echt knapp, wenn man zu Stoßzeiten kommt, da fehlt aber auch leider der Platz, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Nach 5 Jahren mal Zeit für ein Update... Im Großen und Ganzen passt es noch so, wie oben beschrieben. Nur 2 Dinge muss ich anmerken: Bei Bestellungen am DriveIn unbedingt kontrollieren ob alles drin ist. Bei uns hat in den letzten Monaten bei Bestellung am DriveIn etwas gefehlt. Das dann nachträglich zu reklamieren ist immer schwierig, lieber gleich prüfen. Anscheinend hat man entgegen allen Veröffentlichungen die Öffnungszeiten geändert. Als wir vor Kurzem mal frühstücken wollten, war kurz nach 8 noch zu, obwohl überall 7 Uhr als Öffnungszeit steht. Ein Mitarbeiter, der gerade ankam, meinte dass erst um 9 geöffnet wird. Finde...
