Coffee Fellows - Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück — Restaurant in Dietmannsried

Starting off with the "food." Me and my parents and partner, each ordered a different coffee. Only my dad had a sandwich, but I can't say much about that because I haven't tasted it for myself. I ordered an iced machiato caramel. It was fine overall, but the picture on the wall seemed to be deceiving when compared to the actual drink I got. The picture showed foam at the top with a caramel drizzle. That was definitely not what I got. But the taste wasn't too bad. But then I got to the last sip.. and found a tiny yellow thing in my drink? I wasn't sure what it was, but I didn't want to find out. Trying not to think about that too much so as not to gag. But it sure wasn't caramel.

Moving onto the service. One of the two men seemed a little confused at times. Calling out the order 'iced machiato'. Nobody responded. Then he called out 'espresso?' And that seemed to be correct. So it looked like the man didn't really know what he was doing. But aside from that, no further problems. Nothing particular to note further. Almost forgot to mention this one older worker. This man went from table to table to clean up after everyone. Picking up trash and cleaning spills of the tables. It felt a little random to me that he just came up and started cleaning our table while we were sitting there, but I can't complain. The man seemed to be focused on working, very dedicated. We thanked him.

Lastly, the atmosphere. Wouldn't say it was amazing, but it was not bad. You can sit inside and outside. At first, we sat inside, but there were a lot of flies, which was annoying. Then we went and sat outside, which was nice. Still some flies but less than inside. The view outside is a parking lot, so it isn't the prettiest, but the seats and tables are fine, so I didn't really care.

Overall, would give it 3.5 stars if I could. The only thing that actually really bothered me was the mysterious squishy yellow thing...

Dít is een kleine, drukke maar toch gezellige Raststätte. Van buiten komt je de Beierse /Tiroolse muziek al tegemoet. De ingang van deze Raststätte bevindt zich aan de zijgevel. Rechts naar de toiletten en links naar het restaurant en links in de hoek en ook wat verder staan wat spulletjes te koop, niet echt een afzonderlijke gemakswinkel dus. Her en der wat versieringen om de Beierse/Tiroolse sfeer wat te benadrukken. Ruim assortiment aan warme en koude gerechten,  snacks en zoetigheden. Snelle bediening. Koffie van Lavazza en Coffee Fellows. Ook hier is er het Sanifair-systeem : 70 cent voor het toilet waarvan 50 cent inwisselbaar bij een aankoop in een Raststätte waar ook het Sanifair-systeem toegepast wordt. Ich geh auf meinen Touren wirklich gerne hier vorbei und hole mir morgens etwas, weil das Personal immer freundlich war. Leider hat der Laden gefühlt in den letzten Wochen die Öffnungszeiten gemacht wie er Lust und Laune hat. Erst war ab 6 Uhr morgens geöffnet, was wirklich gut gepasst hat, nur dann war nicht immer ab 6 Uhr die Ladentür geöffnet und man stand minutenlang da, obwohl man weiter müsste, bis einer die Tür aufgemacht hat. Mittlerweile hängen Zettel draußen, dass ab 8 Uhr geöffnet ist. Kann der Laden ja an sich machen wie er will, evtl Personalmangel o.Ä. aber nicht einmal online werden die Öffnungszeiten angepasst. So fährt man immer auf gut Glück an der Raststätte raus. Ob man dann einen Kaffee bekommt oder nicht ist...
