La Perla Ristorante & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Dreieich

Wow, where can I begin? Let me start with the service, because I don't think anything can top it. The workers there are amazing, the customer service is out of this world. The employee, Saffi, 11/10. Going above and beyond is this gentlemen's every day attitude. I don't think I will ever find a better group of people working in one place and neither will you.

Food was fantastic, price was great for what you get but the service-exceptional. It's what you want to come here for. I can't stress that enough.

Warum 1 Stern? Weil man nicht weniger geben kann!

Essen: Katastrophe! Ich hatte hier eine Pizza und einen Salat bestellt. Die Pizza war kalt und war am Karton festgeklebt. Ich musste die Stücke abkratzen und aufpassen das kein Karton dabei war. Geschmacklich sehr neutral, hätte vielleicht den Karton mitessen sollen für etwas Biss und Geschmack. Beim Salat hatte ich die Anmerkung gemacht, bitte mit viel Dressing. Das was ich bekommen habe, wäre in normalen Restaurants wenig Dressing aber naja. Salat war nichts besonderes. So "toll" wie das Essen war, hatte ich (bzw. mein Magen) auch am nächsten Tag noch mit den Folgen zu kämpfen.

Bestellung: Mir wurde eine Lieferzeit angegeben und ich habe dann mal gewartet. Nachdem die Lieferzeit um mehr als das Doppelte verstrichen war, habe ich bei La Perla angerufen. Ich hatte einen desinteressierten Mitarbeiter dran, der zunächst meinen Anruf einfach weggedrückt hatte und beim zweiten Mal dann doch dran ist. Sein Tonfall und seine Art ging dann in Richtung "Warum rufst du an und nervst?" Ich hatte mein Namen gesagt und dass ich was bestellt hatte und er hat mich noch nicht mal ausreden lassen und hat dann direkt gesagt "Fahrer sollte in 5min dort sein, schönen Abend noch" und hat aufgelegt. Klasse Service (NICHT). Nach so 15-20min war das Essen dann da.

Fazit: Wenn man unfreundliches Personal, geschmackloses & kaltes Essen will, welches eins geworden ist mit der Verpackung und auch Ewigkeiten auf das Essen warten will, dann ist man...
