Golden Swan — Restaurant in Erlangen

Simply, I cannot recommend this restaurant !! As you can see the pictures, a starter with mixed vegetables and cheese and tomato costs quite expensive (75 euros). It does not make any sense to me. Moreover, a bottle of white wine, Lugana, costs around 40 euros. I was here with 6 people in the evening and we tried some starters with a beer first as can bee seen in the pictures, then we had a main dish for each (10-15 euros) with 5 bottles of wine and a dessert. All cost was more than 500 euros. I got a real shock. With OK quality of foods and service, the price is extraordinary expensive. Here is definitely not a high-class restaurant but the cost for each is around 80 euros. We asked the member of the staffs regarding the price details but they turned into quite aggressive mode. I think we have right to ask about it because some prices are not listed in the menu card which were considered as overpriced. Nowhere near Nürnberg area is like that. I am really sorry to say that this restaurant has to take an better action for the improvement. It is also important to note that if you want to visit the Golden Swan, please bring your cash. First time visit and already a fan.
