McDonald's — Restaurant in Görlitz

As a traveler who recently visited Görlitz, I had the pleasure of dining at the local McDonald's, and I must say that my experience was surprisingly delightful. This review aims to highlight the excellent food and overall satisfaction I encountered during my visit.

An sich ein ganz normaler McDonald’s, jedoch wenn man öfters mal zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten kommt schrecklich. Vormittags bis nachmittags ist es relativ ordentlich, die Tische könnten 1-2 mal mehr abgewischt werden, aber davon sehen wir jetzt mal weg. Abends lässt die Ordnung dann zu wünschen übrig, ab 22:30/23:00 Uhr darf man nur noch auf die behinderten Toilette gehen, weil die anderen bereits geputzt sind. Dazu werden über die Hälfte der Tischen abgesperrt um 22:30/23:00, weil dort auch sauber gemacht werden soll (bis wir aber schon wieder aus der Filiale raus waren wurde dort kein einziges mal sauber gemacht und die Tische waren immer noch dreckig) und dadurch das die „großen“ Tische abgesperrt sind, sind nur noch ca 10 kleine Tische, die für Gruppen sehr unpraktisch sind, übrig. Sobald man 0:30 kommt, sind alle Türen schon geschlossen und beim Mc‘Drive wird man noch frech behandelt das anscheinend schon geschlossen ist. Wir haben uns dann erlaubt zu sagen das die Filiale bis 1:00 Uhr offen hat und wir wurden bis 1:00 Uhr stehen gelassen bis jemand kam und sagte „wir haben geschlossen“. Kundschaft ist König zählt also in diesem McDonald’s nicht. Jedoch kann man ja nicht über alles meckern. Hallo ihr lieben. Ich möchte euch heute mal von meinem MC Donalds Besuch berichten. ( 2.6.23) Heute war ich richtig enttäuscht und nicht das erste Mal. Von vorne. Der linke Terminal wenn man vom Hauptparkplatz herrein kommt funktionierte nicht richtig, man musste die Tasten ewig gedrückt halten bis es was gebucht hat. Wenn es gebucht hat daznoch das falsche obwohl man nicht drauf gedrückt hat. Na gut bezahlt und Platz gesucht. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant war heute nicht so gut , die Toiletten aber ja. Personal war auch nicht gerade freundlich. So nun haben wir das Essen bekommen und mussten feststellen, dass wieder mal die Hälfte gefehlt hat bzw. das falsche Spielzeug kam. Da sind wir vor zur Kasse und haben das erklärt. Wir zwar alles getauscht was falsch war und das was gefehlt hat haben wir auch bekommen nur war das Personal nicht gerade freundlich zu einem. So das war's erst mal bis später.

Wir waren heute vor einer Woche dort ( abends) . Ich sage nur es war Katastrophe. Die Tische waren schmutzig, der Fußboden war schmutzig und total klebrig. Das Personal war unfreundlich und das ist nicht das erste Mal dort. Nur die Hälfte an Bestellung kam zum Tisch und im Happy Meal fehlte noch das Spielzeug. Ich war sehr enttäuscht daher ein...
