Cafe am Rodebach — Restaurant in Gangelt

2nd review of this little cafe in 5 years. Family visit for a Sunday breakfast, again met by an arrogant woman behind the counter who always huffs and puffs if you even take more than a few seconds to order food. If you don't speak German then good luck cause her attitude is even worse. When challenged by my wife as to her attitude toward us whilst ordering she quickly blamed her work colleagues work .... Always enjoyed a stop by for a coffee but after a few times listening to this rude obnoxious woman it was the last. Needs a lesson in customer service and when to just keep her rude mouth shut. Will not be back. If this were my business this person would be gone as she does this place zero good. As one customer stated on table behind me, typical German who thinks the world owes her. Sorry girl, no one owes you anything except training in customer service. Had to give 1star....not...

Ich musste mich heute sehr ärgern, fahre um 17.15h am Cafe vor um mir noch ein paar Nussecken zu kaufen, da schließt gerade die Angestellte das Geschäft ab. Auf meine Frage warum denn schon zu ist bekam ich zur Antwort, die letzte Stunde war nix los, unfassbar...Als ich dann noch fragte ob sie mir nicht noch 4 Nussecken verkaufen könne, schließlich war ich ja innerhalb der Geschäftsreisen dort, sagt sie nein, das Café wäre ja jetzt abgeschlossen. Unfassbar!!! Danke für soviel...

Früher war es mal gut gewesen heute nicht mehr. Die Backwaren sind nicht mehr so lecker die Bedienung da hatte man das Gefühl alles ist zuviel und der Café war leider zu abgestanden. Die Bedienung die jetzt da ist eine junge Frau ist öfter nicht so nett ! Es lohnt sich mittlerweile nach Geilenkirchen zum Café (Schleypen) zu fahren . Die haben immer Top frische Backwaren immer freundlich und tolle Auswahl da zahle ich lieber etwas mehr ! Sorry...
