The place looks beautifull. They have all kinds of food. Enough free parking in front and around the rest. Raw food thay is cooked gets server at ur table.

Now the bad part.. Staff that welcomes u and takes ur drink order knows only 1 line in german and that is wich drink u want and bitte..

1 glass of cola is 3.10 ( overpriced!!!!) ( she told me that 1 person buffet is 15.90 and when i take a drink with it it will be 1 euro extra so 16.90 . I asked here again so buffet + 1 cola is 16.90 ? She said yes yesss.. We orderd 2 cola and ended up paying 6.20 extra... They mix old and new food together. The staff and waitress were so happy to greet us upon arrival, did not make us wait for seating and drinks came out quickly. We are English speakers and they accommodated us still with a smile. So great service, great food for a family of six. The price is a bit on the high side but it covers the great dinning services and environment was clean, tidy and looked very well respected restaurant. I have seen the drink selection looked very yummy and tempting. Most of the the other diners were enjoying mixed drinks and beer with delight. All and all 5 stars is what it felt like. Ich bin so unheimlich verärgert, dass ich erst einmal einen Tag benötigt habe, um das "ESSEN" und Ambiente am 27.12.2023 zu verarbeiten!!! Meine Schwiegertochter & Enkelin waren für 1 Tag zu Besuch- wir entschieden uns essen zu gehen (in DEM Restaurant), welches wir als EINHEIMISCHE des Kreises bereits einige Male besucht haben.... Wir hatten Tisch 20 und haben uns für das All you can eat zum Preis von 29,90€ p.Person entschieden... Doch das "vorhandene" Buffet (also DAS, was sich in den Schalen befand) war gelinde gesagt das, was vom Mittagsbuffet übrig geblieben war:-( Es war absolut trocken-das "Buffet" war (wir waren um 19 Uhr dort) kaum gefüllt- wurde auch in der 1 Stunde die wir dort waren NICHT nachgefüllt und es schmeckt absolut NICHT. LEIDER hatte meine Schwiegertochter bereits gezahlt, als ich grade noch einmal schauen war:-((((( ENDE vom Lied war, das wir ALLE extreme Magenprobleme hatten- ALLE i.d.Nacht an Diare litten und es uns echt übel war!!! LEIDER sind wir nicht zum Notdienst gefahren- eben WEIL es uns allen schlecht ging- denn so hätten wir einen Nachweis darüber, dass hier etwas nicht stimmte!!

Die Krönung an Unverschämtheit war, als ich den Zustand des Essens (Trockenheit z.B.Lachs-Fleisch usw.) angesprochen habe, dass man uns angeboten hat, wir könnten auch an die Frischtheke gehen und es dann frisch zubereiten lassen:-((()

MICH sieht das Restaurant HONG YUN LAI nach diesem Vorfall mit SICHERHEIT nie wieder und ich würde auch jedem raten, VOR Buchung des "Buffets" sich dieses anzuschauen....
