First disclaimer: we ate at the beer garden rather than the restaurant. I think you're really paying for the view and to be able to park so close to that view. 3 hours parking for guests to enjoy the northern view of Lake Tegernsee is great.

That said, the food itself felt underwhelming. We were a group of 7 and we ordered different things, and no one loved their lunch. It was all perfectly adequate. But when you're paying €20 for a small chicken burger (no chips or sides), man, it better be a pretty incredible chicken burger to be worth it (it wasn't). My currywurst was also done the sad way, smothered in tomato sauce and just a slight dusting of curry powder so meagre that I barely tasted it.
