Bistro Bamboo — Restaurant in Gochsheim

I noticed that pockets of Far East Asian/South East Asian restaurants around the city have sprung up to meet the needs of more Asian expats, students, tourists and even the locals who seem to enjoy Asian dishes. The quality and quantity of Southeast Asian food in Germany has improved tremendously. My initial experience here was a takeout, I just happen to be in the area and experiencing some loud tummy rumbles 😂 What to eat as I pondered, thank God for google maps! Bamboo Bistro is by far the best for me and I have tried MANY Asian places because the craving for some delicious Asian fare pops up often since relocating to 🇩🇪. I can cook many Asian dishes but I fail miserably at something so simple like Fried Rice, its either too soggy or salty. Therefore I will always order this favourite of mine in restaurants. I love their fried rice with shrimps and egg, it was belly and soul satisfying. Being a spice freak, I requested and emphasized for sehr sehr scharf🌶🌶, I am happy my wishes were granted. It’s the real deal homestyle cooking. Hats off to the chef, I will be back to dine in and sample other delectable dishes...

Das kleine, von außen recht unscheinbare Lokal in der Mitte von Gochsheim ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich und das Essen überaus lecker. Wir hatten, wie auch schon bei unserem ersten Besuch, gegrillten Tintenfisch und Garnelen mit Gemüse, was sehr lecker und empfehlenswert ist. Das Essen wird auch sehr ansprechend serviert. Ein tolles asiatisches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Der nette Biergarten ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und familiär gestaltet. Bisher hatte ich ausnahmalos sehr gutes Essen.

Lediglich das Ambiente wirkte sehr lieblos. Das macht mir persönlich aber recht wenig aus.
