Usually a really good place. However, last night we ordered food, and the delivery lady charged us for it and left. The food was fine. All seemed normal, but today at 19:45 the delivery lady shows back up knocking on the door demanding we pay her. I was confused and the language barrier doesn’t help. She kept saying 1.50 over and over so I just handed her a 2 euro coin and hoped that would be all. But she took it and started frantically pointing to the receipts. She only charged us 1.50 last night for the food. She typed it in wrong when she charged us last night and showed up the next day knocking on the door coming for the money. That is not how restaurants should handle their business, especially when the problem is on their end. Showing up unannounced demanding money the next day when the fault was on the own of the restaurant. We paid again, and she left. I called the restaurant and the manager just kept giving excuses about it. Not understanding that the issue didn’t lie with the money, but showing up unannounced the next day demanding money when the problem was on the end of...

I’ve ordered from them before through Leiferando, and never had any problems until today. I don’t know if it was because it is Halloween, or if they were busy or something, but this experience makes me not want to order from them ever again. I made an order around 17:10, and the app said it would be delivered around 18:16. At 18:40, we had yet received our order (which delays can happen), so I called and was told that it was on the way. Perfect! 19:10 comes around and we still hadn’t received our food. So I called again, and was told that my order was too big and that it was on the way (I ordered the large meat lovers pizza and small vegetable pizza). Alright. Waited until 19:40 to call again, and was told the same thing. Around 19:55, the app notified me that my ordered was cancelled and I would receive a refund (which I did). I attempted to call the restaurant to confirm this, and they hung up on me. The food was delivered regardless. This experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered pizza and the lamb chops, glass of wine and a beer. While we were not expecting anything authentic, we were at least expecting homemade or somewhat fresh. The pizza crust is definitely pre-made, as is the sauce. The lamb chops were the saddest four minuscule lamb chops I’ve ever seen. They were over cooked, dry, and too fatty. Not much actual edible meat. Lamb chops were served with fries, which were definitely frozen and fried not once, but likely twice. They had an extra crispy layer to their frozen food staleness. AND they were served with a giant squirt of ketchup on the side. I know that no self respecting Italian place will serve you A) frozen fries with lamb chops and B) serve the fries with ketchup. Very disappointing, especially for the price. The wine was most likely weisswasser with some extra alcool added. It was absolutely tasteless but very alcoholic at the same time. Just get a frozen pizza from the grocery and a bottle of good German wine and save your tastebuds...
