Klasse Brot und Gebäck! Diese kleine, feine Bäckerei macht super Brot. Es wird im Holzofen gebacken. Verschiedene Brote sind im Angebot. Mein Lieblingsbrot ist das Korianderbrot. Das Laugengebäck ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Sympathische Mitarbeiter im Laden. Immer Zeit für eine kurze Fachsimpelei. Das Brot von Martin‘s gibt es auch bei den lokalen Rewe und Edeka Märkten. Ich kaufe lieber hier im Laden in Grafing (Schammacher Feld). Bis zum nächsten mal,...

Wie immer, das sehr schmackhafte und lang haltbare "Seglerbrot" - das Roggen-Spezial vorbestellt (2 Laibe). Hält - bei guter Lagerung mindestens 1.5 Wochen (auch auf dem Meer). Immer von den freundlichen Verkäuferinnen z.T....

Sehr gut verträgliches Brot weil dem Teig noch Zeit zum gehen lassen gegegeben wird, was heute leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist bei den Bäckereien weil es länger dauert. Einige der wenigen Brote die mit Pfister von der Qualität...
