Coffee Fellows - Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück — Restaurant in Grimma

A very bad experience. We stopped here during our trip in Germany because we regularly go to Coffee Fellows. After ordering a few coffees with plantbased milk, we received coffees and could already notice the smell of regular milk. Because some of us are lactose intolerant we decided to ask the barista if she was sure this was oatmilk and she bluntly responded "there's no oatmilk, this is regular milk" and left us without any further help.

I decided to be patient and get in the queue again to order some new coffees and when she noticed it was us who ordered the new coffee, she made a whole scene out of it. I don't understand why I was almost yelled at... I just wanted my order to be done correctly, especially because we simply can't drink regular milk. I really don't want to be a 'difficult' customer, but we really felt disrespected by the big lady in glasses and dark hair who worked there. I hope she doesn't always have bad...

Leider haben wir eine extrem unfreundliche Bedienung erwischt. Keine Frage- Wir haben viel Verständnis für diesen Berufsalltag. Entsprechend verhalten wir uns freundlich. Wenn dann auf Fragen rumgemosert wird, dem Kunden unterstellt wird ein Getränk hätte er nicht bestellt etc. komme ich an meine Grenzen. Wenn ich dann noch ein Kaltes ! Heißgetränk bekomme und dieses zurück gebe wird es echt unschön. Und (wenig überraschend) passiert nichts. Kein Ersatzangebot oder ähnliches es folgt gar keine Reaktion. Nach dem wir das Haus verlassen haben wird durch die Bedienungen gelacht. Wenn das Service sein soll - dann in Zukunft nicht mehr mit uns. Sehr...

Wir hatten eine sehr nette ältere Dame die und bedient hat. Nebenbei haben wir ein wenig Smalltalk geführt als wir auf unsere Bagels und Kaffee warteten. Mein Bagel war zwar etwas lange aufgewärmt (etwas dunkel danach) aber er hat trotzdem gut geschmeckt. Der Apfelkuchen ist ein Traum. Die Cappuccino waren auch gut. Ich erwarte ja keinen perfekten Cappuccino wie von einem Barista aber er war trotzdem lecker, zwar etwas stark aber...
