McDonald's — Restaurant in Hörnergruppe (VGem)

I recently visited a McDonald's location, and to my dismay, the experience was nothing short of terrible. I can honestly say that I will never set foot in this establishment again, and here's why:

Cold Food: The food I received was shockingly cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy, the burger was like a frozen hockey puck, and even the drink lacked any sign of chill. It was evident that the food had been sitting out for far too long, leaving me with a disappointing and tasteless meal.

Unclean Toilets: As if the cold food wasn't enough to ruin my visit, the state of the restroom was absolutely appalling. It seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors were sticky, the sinks were clogged, and the overpowering stench was enough to make anyone feel nauseated. It's unacceptable for a restaurant of this size not to maintain basic hygiene standards.

Missing Menu Items: I was also taken aback by the fact that they didn't have a few of their staple menu items available. No soup, seriously? How can a well-established fast-food chain not have some of their core offerings? It was clear that the management lacked attention to detail and didn't care about customer satisfaction.

Disinterested Staff: The staff at this McDonald's appeared uninterested and unmotivated. They showed little concern for the customers and seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing any level of service. Das hier ist definitiv einer der miserabelsten Filialen in denen ich jemals gegessen habe.

Dieses Team im McD Oberstdorf ist dermaßen inkompetent und chaotisch, das sucht wirklich Seinesgleichen.

Ich erwarte eigentlich Nichts..., rein gar Nichts wenn ich mal alle Schaltjahre zum McD gehe, aber das hier ist selbst für Fastfood ein neuer Tiefpunkt...,Wow!!!

Eigentlich hätte man die komplette Ausgabe des Essens und das dazugehörige Chaos filmen müssen..., wenns nicht so lustig und traurig zugleich gewesen wäre den armen verzweifelten Bediensteten bei Ihrem Versuch, mangels Deutscher Sprache und fehlender Einarbeitung, die Bestellnummern zu kommunizieren..., Leute ehrlich wie kann man am Service ein Team hinstellen, das nichteinmal in der Lage ist die Bestellnummern laut vorzulesen..., geschweige denn nur einen Satz zu verstehen??? Diese Leute waren einfach nur überfordert und wussten einfach gar nicht was Sie tun!!!

Wir haben auf 2 McMenus und ein 20er Nuggets 28 Minuten gewartet..., ein Burger fehlte, versuchten dem Mann am Schalter zu erklären was fehlte..., schwierig, sehr schwierig..., konnte nichtmal die Quittung lesen..., dann kam Hilfe in weiblicher Form..., jemand der wenigstens ein paar Brocken Deutsch verstand..., endlich der richtige Burger!!!!!

Mittlerweile waren die Pommes kalt..., Burger meiner Frau wurde scheinbar schon länger warmgehalten, Salat braun und labberig...,super McD, Danke dafür.

Die Nuggets waren dermaßen cross und braun gebraten, das hatte ich auch noch nicht..., aber war tatsächlich essbar, hatte was von Chips mit Hühnchen Geschmack..., sollte natürlich nicht so sein.

Im Endeffekt seh ichs mit Humor, aber werde garantiert nie wieder hier Essen!

I had a very disappointing experience at this McCafé. The place was dirty and messy everywhere, with unwashed dishes left lying around. The waiting time was extremely long – I had to wait so much that I felt like I almost had to make the coffee myself.
