Das Essen bekommt auch ne 5/5. Wir sind spontan und ohne Reservierung an einem Samstag Abend dort zum Essen gegangen. Uns würde ein Tisch in mitten des Raumes zu gewiesen, gibt schlimmeres. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Prompt hatten wir die Getränke und Speisen gewählt(Hirschbraten und Röstzwiebelsteak). Das Essen kam zügig, der Beilagensalat war frisch zubereitet und gut abgestimmt. Das Steak Medium rare wie bestellt und der Hirsch butterzart. Man merkt das hier traditionsküche Vorrang haben. Als Nachtisch gab's noch für jeden eine Portion Apfelkiarchle, smart gelöst in der Karte, da man wählen konnte ob sie mit Sahne ohne Eis mit allem etc haben wollte. Geschmacklich wie man sie kennt. Definitiv frisch zubereitet, da sie sehr knusprig und nicht nach Mikrowelle schmeckten. 100% weiter Empfehlung - sofern wir noch mal im Allgäu sind, kommen wir wieder!

Wir haben kurzfristig für ein Wochenende gebucht und die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und flexibel. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet und ausreichend. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen und die Wurstplatte aufgefüllt. Abends haben wir dann 6 Gerichte bestellt, welche trotz 2 Weihnachtsfeiern im Haus, zeitnah gebracht. Die Essen waren alle lecker und man schmeckt, dass alles frisch zubereitet wurde (wir haben das Schnitzelklopfen gehört 👍). Die Bedienungen waren alle super freundlich, nett und hatten einen flotten Spruch parat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir können den Gasthof Hirsch nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns einen leckeren Grauburgunder gegönnt (der lustigerweise im italienischen Pinot Grigio heißt, oder bzw. Die Traube 😉), der sehe süffig war. Als Hauptgang gab es Zwiebelrostbraten, der auch wie abgefragt Medium serviert wurde. Der Service war ok, wie haben eine Weile gewartet - da wir aber Urlaub haben, stört uns das nicht. Was mich ein bisschen gestört hat oder vielleicht auch gewundert, dass es kein Wild gab. Die Leberknödelsuppe war auch sehr schmackhaft.

We needed a place to stay while driving the Romantikstraße towards Schwangau and stopped in the lovely town of Halblech. We were hungry and needed a place to sleep, and luckily found the Gasthof Hirsch. The inn keeper kindly showed us the rooms and we were very impressed. To stay the night and have breakfast would cost us 70 Euro a room. ||||We settled in and ate a very delicious dinner in the restaurant before going upstairs to our rooms. The rooms were very large, with a TV and table and chairs along with the large comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious as well, and everything was modern. ||||Breakfast the next morning was a traditional Bavarian breakfast and was waiting for us when we walked downstairs. Delicious!||||We had a great experience at Gasthof Hirsch and we highly recommend staying at this establishment if you are traveling the ...

Wer spent one week here in July and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the middle of the village, enjoying a postcard view on the church and a small fountain. The rooms are impeccably clean, nicely decorated and we had a specifically spacious one which even fit two adults and two children. The breakfast is tasty, healthy and prepared with love, and the restaurant - which serves only dinner - belongs to one of the better ones in the area.||||One authentic detail which we liked, but others may not: The bells of the church ring every hour, and may awaken the light-sleeper.||||We have nothing negative to say, and will most...
