We got 3x Shrimp pasta- all of them were unsalted and no pepper, no garlic and shrimps were overcooked while the pasta was undercooked. When mentioning unsalted pasta apparently it is done on purpose because of people with high blood pressure. Never happened to me before that a pasta dish was so the out salt and pepper due to a condition of a very few customers, however all other dishes were salted without any issues. My colleagues got lasagne that was too sour, and pizza that was very basic with nothing special. The waiter was super confused not knowing who ordered which meal. One of my colleague ordered a pizza and the waiter forgot her order.
Edit after the ownerâs comment: Two of our colleagues ordered lasagne and it was so sour that everyone at the table tried it just to check if it was really supposed to taste like that. The shrimp pasta was no better: undercooked pasta, overcooked shrimp, and absolutely no seasoning. Apparently, the pasta is made âwithout salt on purpose,â which makes no sense when every other dish on the menu is salted normally.
Also, bringing salt and pepper to a table is not âspecial service,â itâs the bare minimum in any restaurant. As for the âtop-notch serviceâ mentioned, our waitress had no idea who ordered what so she kept asking around and guessing which meal belonged to which person. One of our colleagues didnât even get their order at all.
Instead of taking feedback as a chance to improve, you seem more interested in arguing with customers and defending poor service. Thatâs exactly why this review stays...
