NORDSEE Autobahnraststätte T&R Köschinger Forst Ost — Restaurant in Hepberg

We had a long trip and were on the way home. In general we enjoy eating at Nordsee. Therefore we picked this place to have dinner. Unfortunately this location is only open until 19.00. We arrived at 18.25. We wanted to order Norwegisches Lachsfilet, Schollenfilet, and rice or pasta. This was not possible according the chef. We could only order the Alaska-Seelachsfilet with potatoes. We have never experienced this. Since we passed so many other restaurants on purpose and drove to this restaurant intentionally, we had our dinner here. The potatoes tasted old. We were disappointed that we had to eat something else, we can easily make at home… Even though the staff had 35 minutes to prepare our order, it would have been more than enough to prepare our meal. I can understand your staff wants to go home on time, but we would appreciate this service since your restaurant is open until 19.00. It says nowhere that you need to order way before closing time. Also it is near a highway and there are not many Nordsee restaurants near the highway. After being more than 60 minutes in traffic, it would have been nice if we could relax and enjoy the meal we were looking forward to...

One of the big gas stations on the A9 with lot of truck and caravan parking spaces. Children friendly, good restaurant and clean facilities. You have to pay to use the toilet or the showers. Many kitchen options to have a nice meal on...
