A wonderful local bakery with absolutely delicious baked goods! There’s a wide range on offer — from classic croissants and fresh bread rolls to plenty of sweet treats and cakes (and really, lots of different cakes to choose from).

They also have ready-made belegte Brötchen (bread rolls filled with meat, cheese, salad, etc.), or you can order your own exactly how you like it — for example, a wholemeal roll with cheese, freshly prepared just for you. On top of that, they offer different breakfast options, and the coffee is excellent.

There’s plenty of seating, free Wi-Fi, and even a toilet available (located behind the bakery on the right, if you walk further into the supermarket, it’s on the right next to the bottle return area). Wir waren im Juli2020 in Ihlow und haben dort einen 30. Geburtstag gefeiert. Wir brauchten also eine Torte. Auf Google bin ich dann auf die Bäckerei gestoßen. Die Internetseite war ansprechend wo ich dann auch eine Auswahl an Torten fand und eine Amfrage stellen konnte. Frau Haß hat sich dann mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und wir haben alles weitere Geklärt via Email. Sehr netter Kontakt der wünsche erfüllte und auch Ratschläge gab das es perfekt wird. Die Torte war mega lecker , geschmacklich sehr sehr gut, aussehe war super. Alle wünsche waren berücksichtigt. Dafür ein dickes Dankeschön nochmal an Frau Haß. Die Verkäuferin in der Filiale in Ihlow am Combi Markt am 17.Juli 2020 17 Uhr war auch sehr nett und wusste vom Abholen bescheid. Alles top!!! Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt häufig kleine Probierhäppchen vom Kuchen. Der Brownie (leider nicht immer im Angebot) ist göttlich :) Sehr leckere knusprige Brötchen.
