Der Landgasthof Gut Winkelacker — Restaurant in Ingolstadt

We stayed at a nearby camping (Azur camping) for a night and then make our way further to Österreich.

During afternoon I was looking for a place to eat that wasn't in the city. We had spend the whole day traveling and we're quite hungry. (I had been up since 2:30 the previous night, we'd been driving all night and day)

And we absolutely loved this place. It was in a quiet area away from the city and really cozy. I for one was ecstatic about the pizza as the pizzeria at our home closed down years ago. And I was craving a GOOD pizza. It did not dissapoint! Heavenly!

My family also loved the food, and it was quite affordable! We were accompanied by live music which my dad loved since he plays in a band himself.

We also noticed it is incredibly kid friendly! Lots of room to play and have fun while you wait for your food!

I would advise making a reservation. We luckily came early around 16:00 and had until 18:00 to enjoy our food. As the people with reservations would start arriving then.

Don't worry! Plenty of time to eat, the food was delivered pretty fast too!

I am Croatian from Istria (part which was before Italy) so I’m really used to good pizza. Since I moved to Ingolstadt, I haven’t found an good pizza, even though I tried it at many places, many restaurants in Ingolstadt. I’m also not used to write many reviews. Only when something is really great or really horrible! This place and their pizza left me speechless! Real napoletana with good ingredients! No cheap ingredients used! It really tastes great! We left just empty plates and will be coming again! I will recommend it to everyone who likes really good pizza :) Service and place itself were also great! I just hope those pizzas will stay as good as they are currently and hope that they will not change the chef/recipe! I can finally say, there is a good pizza in Ingolstadt :) PS there is a big parking on site (free of charge) and in summer must be great for kids as they have some...

Kenne Kaum einen Besseren Biergarten in der Umgebung. Mehrfach besucht und durch die Karte gegessen.

Schneller Service : Freundliche Nette Bedienungen die trotz vollem Biergarten auch mal Zeit zum Small Talk haben. Tische zusammenrücken kein Problem. Auch wenn der Biergarten voll ist versucht das Personal Platz zu schaffen für größere gruppen.Getränke und Essen sehr schnell am Tisch. *

Biergarten: Schönes Flair - Schattige Plätze nicht nur durch Sonnenschirme. Passt sich einfach schön in die Umgebung ein. Durch die große Hecke und die Kaum befahrene Straße, ist diese kaum zu bemerken. Insbesondere der Kinderspielplatz in Sichtweite ist für mich ein Highlight. Die Kids essen und sind dann am Spielplatz der rege genutzt wird. Für Eltern der Perfekte Biergartenausflug. Wenn der Spielplatz noch etwas mehr eingezäunt wäre (Strasse) und ein paar Spielgeräte mehr würd ich sogar 6 Sterne geben. **

Essen: Koratisch / Bayrisch / Italienisch + Pizza das kann nur schief laufen? Nein, bei allen drei Gerichten (Grillplatte / Schäuferl / Tagiatelle Trüffel) war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza meines gegenübers hätte auch locker mit einer Steinofenpizza in Nizza mithalten können :) Das mal ein Knödl verkocht oder ein stück Fleich nicht ganz auf den Punkt ist kann bei der größe schon mal vorkommen, ist aber eher die Ausnahme als die Regel. Etwas mehr Auswahl und ein paar Highlights würde ich mir Persönlich wünschen aber ansosten **+

Sauberkeit: Konnte bisher keine größeren Mängel feststellen.

Preise: Sicherlich nicht der günstigste Biergarten aber in anbetracht der Positiven Punkte absolut im Rahmen.
