I came to the restaurant and asked for a table. The person who was at the reception didn’t find me in any and I had to look for one for myself. Then when you founded it. I was completely ignored because I was alone, 20 minutes later someone decided to attend to me, I made the order and then I received the food. The dish was bathed in soy sauce, literally, it seemed that they had put the whole bottle of soy sauce on the plate. The rice was completely bathed in soy sauce. During the meal I was surrounded by FLIES that wouldn’t let me eat in peace.

Then, when I finished, I tried to get the attention of the waiters, but none of them paid attention to me. So I decided to get up and go to the restaurant reception. And ask for the BILL, but the waiter FORCED me to go back to the table, because he was there with the dataphone, instead of approaching the dataphone to the counter that was literally 1 m AWAY from the table.

Then he pointed out to me on the dataphone that he wanted to tip him. I answered that I didn’t want to tip, and then he QUESTIONED ME why he didn’t want to tip and he also told me that if everything had been fine or if they were still marked what I answered him, I don’t want to talk about that he was completely rude to me. And he also decided to accompany the laughter of other people who were eating at the table because he didn’t want to tip them.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this restaurant due to the completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of one particular waitress her name is Heii. Her attitude was shockingly rude, dismissive, and lacking the basic courtesy expected in the service industry.

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel unwelcome — no greeting, no smile, and an obvious unwillingness to assist. When we politely asked questions about the menu, she responded with impatience and sarcasm, as if we were bothering her. Throughout the meal, she ignored our table, rolled her eyes when we requested anything, and even spoke in an unprofessional tone that bordered on hostility.

This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to value customer satisfaction. A restaurant is not only judged by its food, but also by the quality of service. Unfortunately, in this case, the waitress’s behavior completely ruined our experience.

After a long money draining shopping day, you would like to have a break a while to check on you wallet. If you still have some money left, then you might want to consider visiting this restaurant. The food was okayish but the speed of serving is amazing. I ordered some food that I forgot the name and it arrived just less than 5 minutes. That is almost as fast as any fast food restaurant, but was prep fresh for you. The lady staff was somewhat friendly and able to speak English. Not the very welcoming friendly but enough for you to ignore her existence. Overall, it will be one option if I go to Ingolstadt...
