The restaurant is very nice and the ambiance as well. The food was good but somethings could be improved. The eggs were over cooked. The staff was ok- today we had a trainee lady very nice, Mrs. S and the trainer Mrs. R. I would give the trainer Mrs. R zero in team working and customer service. She was walking behind the trainee all the time, leaving the new colleague without room. I’m a customer service professional myself and I could not work with someone like her on top of me. We asked the trainee for butter, the trainer heard and instead of getting us the butter immediately and resuming her teaching, she went behind the trainee. Both of them forgot the butter. I stood up and got the butter with another lady about 15 minutes later. It was a classic scenario of lack of team work and “power show off” over colleagues. We did address the issue to the trainer and instead of apologizing, she got angry - she didn’t like. I believe this trainer shouldn’t be working as customer service training, she should be doing something else. To the trainee, hats off… she should be training...

Waren heute brunchen - mit der gesamten Familie, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (10 und 16). Dies aufgrund einer Einladung zu einem Treffen einer Freundin, wir sind aus Hagen gekommen und das erste Mal dagewesen. Vom Ambiente her toll gemacht, gar keine Frage. Leider passt der Gesamteindruck nicht. Getränke bei einem Brunch-Preis von 19,50 nicht enthalten. Getränke für meinen "Geschmack" exorbitant teuer und ich finde sie zu hoch. Auswahl könnte besser sein, Rührei fade (warum ist es nicht möglich, dies frisch zu machen mit Zutaten, die man gerne möchte?), von "Rührei-Varianten" keine Spur! Gekochte Eier gab es nicht, Fisch-Varianten bestanden aus einem Fitzel Lachs - und das war es auch. Service nicht bemüht (außer dem Mädel, die am Tisch bediente, die lief sich echt die Hacken ab...). Was mich aber ärgert: Trotz mehrfachem Hinweis, dass dieses und jenes alle ist, - keine Reaktion, außer der Aussage, dass es "gleich" aufgefüllt wird. Was jedoch nicht passierte (Lachs, Teller (!), Kartoffelgratin, Nutella, etc.). Auf unserer Seite her entstand der Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter einigermaßen überfordert waren und wenig vorausschauend agierten. Anordnung des Brunch-Buffets: viel zu hoch, meine Kiddis und meine Frau hatten echte Schwierigkeiten, überhaupt in die Töpfe und Gläser zu schauen, geschweige denn, sich alleine davon zu bedienen. Hier möchte ich auch nicht Rollstuhlfahrer sein - keine Chance!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - trotz des schönen Ambientes - absolut nicht in Ordnung! Wir haben 105 EUR komplett bezahlt, entschuldigt, das war es nicht wert. Wir kommen da nicht mehr hin, da gibt es bessere Alternativen (z.B. das Barcelona in Hagen), auch was die Details...

We had brunch in a very nice atmosphere, comfortable seats and with friendly service. Unfortunately the vegan breakfast I ordered was missing some items listed on the menu. I noticed this in the end and after asking the waitress, she offered to make up for it. The bread was partly a bit dry, I think they could really improve their brunch with some fresh bread. Except for the (vegan) butter, nothing came wrapped in plastic. Everything looked really good. Dogs of all sizes are now allowed there (they weren't...
