Coffee Fellows - Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück — Restaurant in Kirchberg (Hunsrück)

I bought my daughter a hot chocolate and myself a matcha latte. We sat and waited for the bus to arrive, we saw a bus and we asked the waitress if that bus is to Frankfurt, she said yes and we went towards the bus. After 2 minutes my daughter realised she forgot to take the hot chocolate, so she went back to the cafe to get the full cup she left. The barista was very rude and said you shouldn’t have left it, I threw it away and I will not make you a new one! My daughter came back without it so I came to talk with her. She said I don’t care, you left it in the cafe and it doesn’t matter if a minute has passed, there is no more hot chocolate and I will not make a new one. The customer service was so bad and she was so rude to us, it was the first time where I felt so humiliated by that woman! She was blonde, around 45 years old, and she was talking like that with every customer. Such a person definitely shouldn’t be working at a cafe...

Horrible service! Frist of all the lady up front doesn't speack any english. At all.. and it's an airport! More then that, she is extrimly rude with the customers. She just doesn't respond if you try to comunicate something to her in a "broken" german. She just looks at you like at a pice of sh**. When I spoke russian to her (wich was her mother language) she replyed.. with an atitude... rolling her eyes, raising her voice, throwing things at us. Well I just hope this comment gets seen by some supervisor of coffee fellows because this atidude is totally...

I had a turkey bagel, blueberry muffin and iced oat latte. This was the best airport meal I have ever had in my life and certainly the best meal I had on my 1 day trip to frankfurt. The bagel itself was soft and hearty and was filled to the brim with turkey, salad, cream cheese, and this yellow sauce that tasted amazing. The blueberry muffin was so good I decided to get a red velvet muffin to have later in the day and the coffee was lovely. The ladies working were so nice too. Definitely pop in if you have time before...
