Very crowded on sunny weekend days. Nice outdoor seating with chickens running free. No outside service, so you have to queue inside. Furthermore, it is cash only and the selection of drinks and food is not very large. Although it is located just across the border in Germany it is targeted to Dutch people. Good place for a rest when hiking or cycling in the forests...

This lovely little place is just off a cycle path and a welcome rest stop.

The lunch is served at reasonable prices and tasted great.

The staff were warm and friendly and were happy to work through things when the language barrier got it the way.
