Antik-Cafe Colosseo — Restaurant in Löningen

I have been to this place a few times already. I used to enter from the front door where there is an older lady that usually smiles and she is very helpful. This one star is not for her because she definitely deserves 5 stars. Today I went there with my sister ans it was a little late, that lady was already closing the front part and told us the back part is still running so we can enter from there and eat there. And we did so but unfortunately the behaviour of the staff that are working there was really rude. First of all, after we entered no one came to our table to take the orders while I kept seeing people who entered after us immediately were able to order. Then my sister called a lady and while she was coming towards us (having a sad or annoyed face) the table behind us called her and she immediately went towards them instead of telling them to wait a little. Then my sister called a guy and he was literally doing nothing just checking the tables, he was literally in front of us my sister first waved at him then called him and he looked at us but turned his back and moved to behind the bar. And we tried to speak just German with them as much as we can. We tried to call others too, but they kept saying we are coming just a minute but no one came.. but again, they were literally running towards their new guests.. I really didn't understand this at all.. I understand people might be tired because of the work or they can be intimidated while we're tourists there and not able to speak the language very well, but we only wanted to order by just showing what exactly we want on the menu and that doesn't require knowledge of math or physics.. It was seriously embarrassing sitting there and try every way just to be able to call someone and order.. I will never enter this place ever again.. I hope they change their behaviour towards...

Mein Urteil bezieht sich außschließlich auf das Frühstücksbuffet, zur Pizza und dem Eis kann ich nichts sagen. Das Café ist sehr groß, das Buffet fürs Frühstück ist sehr klein und im Hauptbereich direkt vor der Theke aufgebaut. Wir saßen mit einer größeren Gruppe leider „draußen“ im Überdachten geschlossen Äußeren Teil also schon etwas weiter vom direkten Buffet, theoretisch auch nicht schlimm. Leider aber ebend doch , da dass Buffet nicht ausreichend nach gelegt wird. Ca 9:45 Uhr keine Körner Brötchen da und auch das Rührei war zu wenig und wurde nicht nach gefüllt, genauso wie gekochte Eier nicht. Tomate Mozzarella leer, Käse nur eine Sorte dafür zwar Brie in verschiedenen Sorten aber nicht gut. Besteck am Buffet zum Mitnehmen war nicht da. Erst nach Öfteren nachfragen gabs Körner Brötchen aufgebacken, keine Gute Qualität. Rührei schlecht gewürzt und es gab kein Salz/ Pfeffer zum selber nach würzen. Die Teller waren alle mit Macken versehen, könnte auch mal getauscht werden. Der Service kam nur auf Nachfrage an den Tisch ob noch Getränke gewünscht werden, sowas sollte ein Café sehen. Was leider erlaubt zu sein schien ist, das Rauchen in diesen Inneren Außenbereich, was aber komplett geschlossen ist. Finde ich in der heutigen Zeit aber als unangebracht. Rauchen gehört nach...

Absolute great location for breakfast. Delicious eggs being served. Excellent variety of food for breakfast with fresh sausage, cheese, juice and all you like. The staff is amazing. Good mood, happy and very helpful. Love it. Do come...
