this is a tragedy. The food is terrible. the interior is cheap. even the menu is poorly printed. and now in order. I have been here many times. The food tastes always good and is of good quality. You can sit outside at a living area of Leipzig, enjoying a summer evening. The service has always been friendly and flawless. Overall it is a good, decent italian restaurant but to become an exceptional restaurant it lacks the 'special extra' which means the 'Wow' effect of the food or the waiter who gives you the feeling that he loves that you're there and would do anything for your great experience at the restaurant. This is the BEST Italian restaurant I have been to during my 10-day travelling in Germany. The food is delicious, with large portion (lots of seafood in my seafood pasta, compared with the other Italian restaurants in Germany I had been to), and hot when it was served (I can see the steam rising from the dish). Very professional and kind waiters with warm service. The ambience in the restaurant is great too. Prices are reasonable. It is a pity that tonight is my last night in Leipzig, otherwise I would certainly dine there again during my stay here. Highly recommend...
