S1 Vinyl & Coffee — Restaurant in Leipzig

Wir haben seit einigen Wochen immer am Wochenende unsere Croissants fürs Frühstück gekauft. Mit 1.30€ pro Stück und der Werbung draußen „Backfrische Croissants „ absolut gerechtfertigt. Heute waren vom Vortag noch 5 Croissants übrig (das sie vom Vortag waren musste ich dem Chef erst entlocken) , ich bat ihn mir bitte 3 frische zu machen. Er meinte das er erst frische bäckt, wenn die vom Vortag verkauft sind. Wohlgemerkt für den Preis wie für frische Ware (1.30€). Ich erklärte ihm immer noch freundlich, das man überall (Bäcker oder Tankstelle) für Ware vom Vortag keinen vollen Preis zahlt und ich bitte frische Ware möchte. ! !! Keine Chance !! Ich muss jetzt leider davon ausgehen ,dass wenn man mich bzw. uns so offensichtlich über den Tisch ziehen möchte, das nicht nur auf die Croissants zutrifft. So frech wurde ich echt noch nicht „bedient“. Fairerweise muss ich unbedingt erwähnen, wenn die junge blonde Dame da ist, darf man ohne nachzufragen davon ausgehen, frische Ware zu erhalten und nett bedient zu werden. Wir zahlen gerne etwas mehr für gute Qualität und unterstützen gerne so einen kleinen Laden, .... aber es kann ja nicht sein, das man für mehr Geld , alte Ware bekommt. Er meinte „er bäckt erst frisch , wenn die Croissants vom Vortag verkauft worden sind“. Bin absolut fassungslos!! Bei Tankstellen bekommt man die Backwaren, die am Vormittag gemacht worden sind, am selben Abend für die Hälfte des Preises und am nächsten Tag dürfen sie gar nicht mehr angeboten werden. Wir kaufen dort nichts mehr, da man jetzt davon ausgehen muss, das selbst die Kuchen alt sind und er sich an unserer Unwissenheit bereichern möchte. Traurig, sehr traurig!! Haben übrigens dann beim Bäcker, unsere Croissants für die Familie gekauft für 1,20€ pro Stück und das wirklich backfrisch und...

I've just moved into the neighbourhood and today visited this chique, chilled, groovy yet professional and upbeat Cafe. Sophie the owner is incredibly welcoming and hands on with each and every guest that walks in and makes the utmost effort to make you feel like you belong, which in return makes you want to stay longer and order more. My iced oatmeal milk coffee with maple syrup was crafted deliciously and served with care. If you looking for a remote spot to work, or a place to catch up with friends or ... need a healthy but delicious breakfast ... this...

Like this place very much. The place resembles a flat so the atmosphere is cosy and familiar but bc of the large windows overlooking the street it is also spacious and lively. The owner is a very nice and polite person. Thanks for the croissants ! And the coffee, in my opinion, is very good too! Wish you lots of luck during the lockdown and after it. Totally...
