We came to this restaurant just looking for a place to eat as we were hiking for two weeks through the Black Forest, and needless to say, this was the best stop by far. The food was delicious (especially the potato salad) and the service was exceptional. Our generous waitress spoke fluent English which helped because we struggled with our German. She asked us about our hike and even gave us a map with advice about where to stop along our journey! Thank you so much for a memorable stop. We will certainly come by if we are in the area again.

Hausmannskost mit kleiner Vesperkarte Kleines, uriges und gemütliches Lokal mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung / Besitzerin. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und richtig heiss. Es wird eine Tagessuppe angeboten. Die Karte ist klein und überschaubar. Die Preise sind sehr günstig. Die Bratwürste waren geschmacklich sehr gut, das Brot sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Die Maultaschen (nicht selbstgemacht) mit Ei so, wie man es sich zu Hause auch machen würde. Die Wurstsalat Portion sehr gross und mit viel dünn geschnittener Fleischwurst. Gewürztechnisch wurde unserer Meinung nach auch mit Fondor gewürzt, was wir - aufgrund der Geschmacksverstärker - nie benutzen.

Absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir haben zweimal dort gegessen. Die Schnitzel ein absoluter Traum. Toll soufflierte Panade, so zart das man sie hätte mit der Gabel essen können. Ambiente richtig urig, man fühlt sich schon beim Betreten wohl. Kleine Karte mit regionalen Gerichten in einer top Qualität zu mehr als fairen Preisen. Auch der Services super nett und sehr Aufmerksam. Essen kam mehr als zügig. Wir hatten unsere Tagessuppe, als Vorspeise, innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach Bestellung. Das Hauptgericht kam dann fast schon zu schnell. Unser Fazit…..unterstützt diese kleinen Gastwirtschaften, es sind oftmals kleine Perlen,. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Not much choice on the menu, but the food you can order is really good and well prepared. Don't miss out on the soup of the day. The atmosphere is not fancy but more like a German Inn (lots of wood). Call on advance and ask for reservation and you won't get any food past 19:45. The waitress is really really really friendly, and I never had to...

Toller Abend im Gasthaus Blume – 24.05.2025

Das Gasthaus Blume ist genau der richtige Ort, wenn man auf rustikales Flair und gutes Essen steht. Das Ambiente hat echt Charme – einfach entspannt und authentisch.

Die Preise? Super fair, vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, wie groß die Portionen sind und wie lecker alles schmeckt. Hier wird richtig aufgefahren, ohne Schnickschnack, einfach ehrlich gutes Essen.

Das Highlight war für mich aber die Bedienung: total herzlich, locker und dabei sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass hier jemand mit Leidenschaft dabei ist. Es gab sogar Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch – danke nochmal für die Tipps zu Fernwanderwegen, die werden definitiv ausprobiert!

Unterm Strich: Super Essen, entspannte Atmosphäre, nette Leute. Trinkgeld zu geben, fühlt sich hier fast wie ein Danke unter Freunden an.
