Gasthaus Waldidylle — Restaurant in Lohmen/Stadt Wehlen

After a walk around the walking trails it is nice to come to place where you can sit down, relax a bit and have something to eat and drink. So we were glad that we saw the little roadhouse.

There were a bunch of people, so we had to wait a bit for the food we ordered. This was ok. But what we didn't like was that we want to order something from the menu but the waiter said it isn't available. So we ordered something else. 2 minutes later another person asked for the same dish and the other waitress said it is available and served it. That wasn't good customer service in my opinion.

I can only comment on the outside "imbiss" food. Do not bother with the food... stick with the drinks only unless you are ok with sausages with a very thin slice of bread. No chips offered. Ich hab in meinen ganzen Leben noch nie so eine unhöflich, unverschämte Bedienung kennengelernt. Die topt wirklich alles, was ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe. Wir haben als Gruppe die Hütte betreten, mit dem Ziel ein paar Glühweine und mit einen kinderpunschen zu verlassen. Bis wir bedient worden, hat es mehr als eine Ewigkeit gedauert, ca. 20 Minuten. Danach wollte ich noch extra etwas bestellen, da war die Antwort, dauert jetzt 10 Minuten bis sie die nächste Bestellung erst wieder aufnimmt. Der krönende Abschluss war, das ich von der Kellnerin von hinten richtig dolle geschubst worden bin, das es mich fast lang gelegt hat. Ich stand sicherlich im Weg, keine Frage. Aber man hätte sicherlich den Mund aufmachen können und mich höflich bitten können, ob ich mal kurz zur Seite treten könnte. Ich hatte wohlgemerkt, noch meine Tochter auf dem Arm, 3 Jahre ale, die den schups auch sehr deutlich gespürt hat. Dieses Lokal, werde ich nie wieder betreten.
