We booked this hotel late at night at the last minute because of a bad experience at a different hotel. The staff waited for us to arrive at 22:00, helped us get our bags upstairs and gave us a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was lovely in their quaint Greek restaurant. Nice ambience and reasonable service. However, the salt levels in the food is not for everyone. But potatoes are the specialy here and every dish we had had potato in some form (except the desserts) and the part with the potato was too salty to eat for all - so it's not one dish oversalted and more likely a regional / local preference or the chef's style - that much salt - so we just quietly discarded the potato bits and ate the rest. We decided on this place based on the great reviews and were not disappointed. The family running the business is friendly, polite and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The food was exquisite and affordable. Breakfast was a nice spread with pretty much everything you’d want.
