We visited here Friday 4th February 2022. It is located on the edge of town on its own but closer to other industrial units. It is easy to find and looks like what I assume it was and that is a repurposed fire station. There is plenty of parking outside (we parked up for the night in Frank our campervan) it is very modern looking, smart, and looks very much like a typical modern UK craft brewery on an industrial estate. We liked the look, like the fact that it was spacious and just very different to the norm'. Whilst the getrankemarkt and bar both share the same space, the former is off to the left and here you can buy the entire range of beers, plus merchandise and some local produce, prices are as you might expect very, very reasonable. Off to the right after you enter is the bar this is centrally located, horseshoe-shaped with plenty of stools all around it, there are tables and chairs, some further cosier seating arrangements up against the far wall, for groups of six or eight and above these is a large chalkboard with information about beers, events, etc. There is a large projector image on the far wall, the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics were being shown, but volume was off, two smaller screens showed a wildlife and travel program. It is a nice setup. Food is limited to 5-6 pizza choices and 1 flammkuchen, there are some bar snacks as well, crisps, etc I suspect. There were 5 beers on tap, one seasonal and 4 regular, prices for beer and food were great, we had a pizza, a flammkuchen, 3 Weisse beers, and 4 other beers and the bill was just €36, so excellent value, food, and beers were very good. It was a little quiet initially but soon became busier, a few groups of youngsters arrived and promptly one the free bingo game on four occasions running and won lots of free shots. All in all we really liked the place, it is different and yet it is also traditional, staff were very friendly, it was really welcoming, very down to earth. Btw things like wheelchair access was great, flat level entrance, automatic sliding doors, really good. I would highly recommend a visit here, in the summer would be great as I suspect that the doors will be rolled back and they also have food trucks on...
