We booked this hotel because it was close to Audi HQ in Ingolstadt, which is only 15 minutes away.||||The room and bathroom were very clean. From the pictures they had up in the hallway, it looked like the building was gutted in 2010 and completely renovated on the inside. There's no elevator, or none that we could find, so you may need to carry your luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs. We couldn't hear housekeeping in the morning so that's a definite plus!||||You should be aware that on Wednesdays, the hotel reception and restaurant are closed. That means if you didn't make prior arrangements, you won't be able to check in at all if you arrive on a Wednesday. ||||Luckily, I had emailed them to get a code for the "keyspender" or key storage. I should note that they responded fairly quickly to emails, except during their holiday period (which I believe is for 2 weeks in late Aug/early Sept).||||I was still a little concerned that if the code didn't work, we wouldn't have access to the room for the night. Thankfully, everything went smoothly - I punched in the code and out came the key card!||||Even though the parking area around the hotel, both front and back of the building, were completely full, we didn't see a single person that night and it was only around 6pm. ||||We never ate in the dining room. We went downstairs around 1pm on Thursday looking for lunch and it was closed (reception was closed too) so I'm really not sure about the hours. We got back to the hotel around 10pm and there were a number of people in the restaurant. That was the only time we actually saw more than 1 person in the whole building. ||||This is a really quiet place even though I assume they were nearly fully occupied from the number of cars outside. The town is very small. There are some grocery stores 10 minutes away (Koffman, Edeka and Aldi), in the direction of Ingolstadt, but they close at 8pm; keep that in mind if you need food.||||I would choose this hotel again for the location. We drove to BMW in Munich and it was pretty convenient...

Read moreVorsicht, hier muss man verhungern! Warum muss man hier verhungern? Also was jetzt?
