We ate there on Sunday 5th of August. We where hoping to get a table outside but on arrival we could see that all the tables had been reserved. We went inside and asked for a table for 2. We actually didn't think we were going to get one and then the boss and the waiter went into the back and came back with a table for us and set it up in the restaurant. Absolutely brilliant! That is what you call service. The place was buzzing and I can see why. The staff are so friendly, happy and smiling. The food was absolutely amazing, I had fish and Mediterranean vegetables and my husband had lamb cutlets. I would definitely recommend those 2 meal. All in all totally 5 stars deserved. This is a great restaurant. It is not in the middle of Meppen. But is is in a great spot. Owner is really friendly and so are the waitresses and waiters. But the food....wow that's fantastic! We shared the mezze platte. No problem if you want to share. They automatically offer extra plates so everybody has a platr and you share you're food. The main courses are delicious and a lot. The service was friendly, but unfortunately the dining experience was very disappointing. The dishes served were far from authentic Greek cuisine – there wasn’t even a basic Greek salad on the menu. I asked for one anyway, and what I received was a regular salad with a store-bought garlic dressing, with no feta cheese or olives – which are essential to any proper Greek salad.
